What to expect?  Prior to your appointment I will email you a ‘Consultation form’, to establish an overall understanding of your health and well-being to assist me in giving you the best possible massage I can.

How often should I receive a massage?  There is no set rule to the amount of massages you can have!

Regular monthly scheduled massages are a brilliant way to sustain your emotional well-being and physical health.  As massage affects and benefits the whole of your ‘body systems’, which are comprised of groups of organs and tissues that work together to perform the vital functions of your body.  While your first massage will focus on your initial needs, subsequent sessions will help to maintain your positive results over time.  A higher frequency of massages may be recommended if you have a specific issue that needs initially more focused attention.

What should I wear?  The most important thing is that you feel comfortable in what you are wearing.  Ideally something loose fitting that you can change out of easily.   For your peace of mind, I use a professional towel technique so your modesty is always intact during your massage.
